FAQ

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Yes. A signature from someone 21+ with a valid photo ID is required. The carrier will attempt delivery up to three times. If unsuccessful, the order is returned to the retailer.

No. An adult signature is required, so we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

This service may be limited or not available at all in some places due to local law or other restrictions.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment.

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days but it can take up to 3-4 business days in some instances depending on product availability and when the carrier picks up. Our network of retailers fulfilling your order ship Monday - Friday 9-5 PM. Orders are not fulfilled on bank holidays and weekends. Depending on your location, orders will be delivered within 2-5 business days after shipment. From time to time, there may be some delays due to high demand.

Sometimes separate boxes are lost or delayed. Contact orders@impara.com so we can investigate and help.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What’s your return/refund policy?
All orders are final. However, if you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact orders@impara.com within 3 days. Please include a description and pictures. We’ll replace or refund defective/damaged products upon approval.

Unfortunately, returns are not accepted at this time.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

You must be 21 or older.

ORDER MANAGEMENT

No. Once the order is processed, it cannot be modified.

You’ll receive an email with tracking info once your order is fulfilled. If you don’t see it, check your promotions, junk, or spam folders. If you still can’t find it, contact us at orders@impara.com.
